Start Digital Terms & Conditions:

By signing for the Start Digital packages, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Empire Commerce Solutions is the authorized reseller of Google Workspace and is collaborating with OCBC and DBS  to provide its services to all eligible customers.

2. Empire Commerce Solutions may (a) share information relating to you or your Google account with OCBC/DBS and (b) send you promotional collaterals relating to our business;

3. You authorize Empire Commerce Solutions to set up, activate and access our Google account and we will bear the fees and charges imposed by Empire Commerce Solutions for services rendered which are not included in the Start Digital Pack;

4. The information you provided in the submitted form is true and accurate in all respects;

5. The IMDA Start Digital Pack is only valid for companies that meet the Eligibility Criteria. In the event you are determined by OCBC/DBS and/or Empire Commerce Solutions in their sole and absolute discretion to not be eligible and should you desire to use Empire Commerce Solutions services, you will bear the subscription fees listed on https://www.EmpireCommerceSolutions.com/our-services (“the Empire Commerce Solutions website”) or immediately return to DBS the monthly fees payable for the free period of service as stated on the website;

6. Any payments relating to the OCBC Start Digital Pack must be made via an OCBC Business Debit Card;

7. You will subscribe to the OCBC/DBS Start Digital Pack for a minimum period of 18 continuous months at the fees stated herein. Thereafter, the fees payable will follow that as listed on the Empire Commerce Solutions website;

8. In the event of any cancellation request, you will notify Empire Commerce Solutions in writing (by letter or email) with a notice period of 1 month and there will be no reimbursement or refund given to you. You agree that Empire Commerce Solutions shall have the right to charge fees where you fail to comply with such notice requirements;

9. You agree that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if you fail to satisfy or comply with any of the Eligibility Criteria as set out in Section 2; or if any declaration information and documents given by you are not true or accurate; or you do not comply with clause (vii) above, Empire Commerce Solutions reserves the right to terminate the package without your notice; and

10. You have read, understood and accepted all of Empire Commerce Solutions Terms and Conditions. Empire Commerce Solutions reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions from time to time without your consent.
